In his presentation, U.Schneidewind explained the iconic diagram of the new report “Humanity on the move: Unlocking the transformative power of cities” of the German Advisory Council on Global Change (WBGU); the model comprises three layers: Forms (dominant global settlement patterns: mature, planned, informal), Forces (drivers: time, power, need), and Values (“normative compass”: Eigenart, inclusion, natural life-support systems) (WBGU English summary) / In seiner Präsentation erläuterte U. Schneidewind die zentrale Drei-Ebenen-Betrachtung  des neuen Gutachtens “Der Umzug der Menschheit: Die transformative Kraft der Städte” des Wissenschaftlichen Beirats der Bundesregierung Globale Umweltveränderungen (WBGU) mit folgenden Ebenen: Formen (dominierende globale Siedlungsmuster: reif, geplant, informell), Kräfte (Zeit, Macht, Not) und Werte (Eigenart, Teilhabe, Natürliche Lebensgrundlagen) (WBGU-Gutachten)
