Ziele: auf kommunaler Ebene helfen, die Arbeit der unteren Gesundheitsbehörde übersichtlicher und transparenter zu gestalten;zur besseren Durchsetzung von Belangen menschlicher Gesundheit in räumlichen Planungsverfahren beitragen

Musterfachpläne: enthalten Gestaltungsanregungen und zeigen Wege auf, wie Fachplansegmente vor Ort pragmatisch und mit geringem Aufwand entwickelt und attraktiv präsentiert werden können:
