12.10.1981, GMDS-Initiative „AG Epidemiologie“ / GMDS Initiative „Epidemiology working group“

Einem Rundschreiben der Deutschen Gesellschaft für Medizinische Dokumentation, Informatik und Statistik (GMDS) vom 12.10.1981 war ein Schreiben der AG Epidemiologie beigefügt, worin der AG-Leiter Dr. U. Keil (MEDIS-Institut, Forschungszentrum GSF, 8042 München-Neuherberg) über die AG-Entwicklung berichtete und dazu einlud, aus den folgenden 4 Themen ein Schwerpunktthema auszuwählen / A circular letter from the German Society for Medical Documentation, Informatics and Statistics (GMDS) dated 12.10.1981 was accompanied by a letter from the Epidemiology Working Group in which the working group leader Dr. U. Keil (MEDIS Institute, GSF Research Centre, 8042 Munich-Neuherberg) reported on the development of the group and invited participants to select a main topic from the following 4 themes:

a) Blutdruckstudien und Bluthochdruckkontrollprogramme in der Bundesrepublik / Blood pressure studies and hypertension control programs in Germany

b) Monitoring und Surveillance von kardiovaskulären Erkrankungen / Monitoring and surveillance of cardiovascular diseases

c) Epidemiologische Studien in Industriepopulationen / Epidemiologic studies in industrial populations

d) Regionale Mortalitätsdatenanalysen / Regional mortality data analyses.
