Ökologie behandelt die Beziehungen von Lebewesen untereinander und zu ihrer Umwelt; Humanökologie legt den Akzent auf die Beziehungen zwischen Mensch und Umwelt. Viele weitreichende Entwicklungen in der Theorie und Praxis von Gesundheitsförderung gründen zu wesentlichen Teilen auf dieser breit und integrativ angelegten (human-)ökologischen Gesundheitsperspektive. Dazu gehören z. B die Ottawa-Charta, die Verbindung von Gesundheit und Nachhaltigkeit sowie aktuelle Ansätze wie One Health, Planetary Health, Global Health und Urban/Rural/Regional Health. Um für die Aufgaben künftiger Gesundheitsförderung möglichst gut gerüstet zu sein, ist es nützlich, die verschiedenen Gesundheitsperspektiven ins Spiel zu bringen, ihre Potenziale zu nutzen und ihre Konsequenzen zu reflektieren / [DeepL:] Summary. Ecology deals with the relationships between living beings and their environment; human ecology emphasizes the relationships between humans and their environment. Many far-reaching developments in the theory and practice of health promotion are largely based on this broad and integrative (human) ecological health perspective. These include, for example, the Ottawa Charter, the link between health and sustainability and current approaches such as One Health, Planetary Health, Global Health and Urban/Rural/Regional Health.
