1.5.2025, Old town Hamburg: Gröninger Hof

Die Stadt Hamburg hat der Genossenschaft Gröninger Hof eG jetzt das Grundstück offiziell im Erbbaurecht für 75 Jahre übergeben, mit Verlängerungsoption um weitere 25 Jahre. Finanzsenator Dr. Andreas Dressel durchtrennte heute Nachmittag das rotweiße Band am Eingang zum Gröninger Hof / The City of Hamburg has now officially handed over the property to the Gröninger Hof eG cooperative under heritable building rights for 75 years, with an option to extend for a further 25 years. Finance Senator Dr. Andreas Dressel cut the red and white ribbon at the entrance to Gröninger Hof this afternoon.
