Norbert Lettau (former director of the Office for Health and Consumer Protection of the Hamburg Health Authorities, Amt Gesundheit und Verbraucherschutz der Hamburger Gesundheitsbehörde) / Für diesen Band arbeiteten die beiden Herausgeber eng zusammen mit einer Redaktionsgruppe, zu der Dr. Regina Fertmann und Klaus-Peter Stender (beide: Behörde für Gesundheit und Verbraucherschutz Hamburg) sowie der Senatsdirektor a. D. Norbert Lettau (ehemaliger Leiter des Amtes Gesundheit und Verbraucherschutz der Hamburger Gesundheitsbehörde) gehören.
